SATURDAY AUGUST 22ND 2026 RED ROCK PARK

Join Old Soul Young World (OSYW) and Millennium Latino Project (MLP) for Lynn's 1st Mental Health Walk & Talk—a community event created to get people moving, talking, and supporting one another.

Meet us at Red Rock Park on Saturday, August 22 for a free 3K walk to Nahant Beach, followed by meaningful conversations centered on mental health, wellness, and community connection. Whether you're looking to learn, share, listen, or simply enjoy the walk, everyone is welcome.
